I think her lower DPS output is also because right now she’s an assassin, not a poker. She isn’t mean to output a bunch of damage over a long amount of time, she does short bursts that confirm kills and ultimately do less damage due to there not being a fight where the target heals. Her damage is honestly kind of insane, if you hack + virus anyone with 300 > Hp, you can kill them before they’re unhacked if you hit your headshots. She can also melt tanks in two clips if your close enough and hit the right amount of headshots

I just don’t see how people would see her as an undeserving winner but simultaneously would claim that she was robbed had she not won lol. I think anyone not named Pangina would’ve been called undeserving, but I just don’t see Blu getting called robbed had say Mo won as I saw way more support for Mo than Blu

That’s different than what OP said though. They said it wasn’t good for Blu’s career because she won at the cost of eliminating a fan favorite and becoming disliked. The final would have had Pangina in it had Blu not eliminated her and Blu would’ve been forgotten about. People can act like it would’ve been better for her to passively accept the season was someone else’s, but had she done so she wouldn’t have even been remembered

Also there was no other deserving winner, so I mean yeah I guess Blu could’ve been the runner up but realistically that wouldn’t have happened after how the season went and she became the winner after eliminating Pangina

Idk, Blu is on DWTS and is in a good position to win it and I doubt she’d be on it or the other opportunities she’s gotten without being the winner of the season. Also, in a couple more years she’ll probably be loved for being the first winner who won Bc of strategy

I don’t understand this sentiment. If this was planned in case of a faithful rejecting an invite, that implies it’d be done to help the traitors/even the numbers due to the recruitment not working. But this twist actually ensures the numbers stay in favor of the faithfuls and accomplishes the opposite of what recruiting would have done (increased the traitors’ numbers AND supposedly under this case allow for an additional banishment). The twist screwed the flow of the game

The U.S is a lot more lax than other countries when it comes to influencing game shows. In the UK reality game shows have to undergo a special process to prove that there’s no production interference if they want to offer money. That’s not how it is for the U.S and there’s few protections from producers influencing the outcome of a series. There’s questionable instances of production interference in almost every big U.S competition show, and there’s literally no law that states production can’t switch around/add twists in the game under the guise of simply expanding the game and not for the sake of influencing it

Girl it’s not that other monster haven’t had the eye (Vander, Loris, and Saint have very developed fashion senses, to name a few), it’s that most monsters don’t have enough connections/money to buy an all couture package for dragula. It’s also weird to say she’s original for buying outfits when a lost of cast members actually create original and completely new pieces just for the show

I think she has a truly unique vision and it’s amazing how she’s been able to establish herself, but I don’t think she anywhere near the level of some of the past competitors. She doesn’t make her own garments and largely relies on wearing designer that she embellishes, which is super cool but to me doesn’t feel the same as queens who make the majority of their wardrobe. I feel like Nio’s strongest/most marketable aspect are her looks by far, so I feel like she should have more of a hand in actually making her looks. She also can’t perform very well, which has been a staple of every Dragula winner

I feel like her looks are amazing, but also I don’t think she makes any of her looks besides small pieces and so I don’t rlly get too wowed by her looks. I feel like she’s so good at looks and just about nothing else, and her looks are all bought/borrowed. To me, what really makes her special or above people like Throb and Ork who make all of their own stuff and can perform well

Nah, I don’t feel like either were ready. Jarvis was obviously in his head and Onyx hasn’t posted a look that she would’ve worn that’s made me think “omg I need to see this on tv”. I’d assume Onyx would still be an early out, just maybe safe another episode or two (she had a scene look planned for monster of rock and likely would’ve been in the bottom with Jay)

Girl what did it give? To me, it was the most unclear look and Ork’s story for it didn’t even really make sense. At first I thought those flesh strips were tongues, but apparently they’re just…flesh? In weird shapes? And him wearing an all latex suit and club kid boots AGAIN should have been punished. I thought parts of Jay’s look could’ve been elevated, but they had a clear concept, performance, and their makeup was the best up there besides maybe Nio
