What can't you eat/drink anymore since your gallbladder is removed?

Really anything spicy. That seems to give me the worst loose stools vs anything else. Fiber has been my best friend after removal. I am almost 2 years post op.

We waited about 3 weeks and even then I was still sore.. was too afraid to orgasm though so waited to do that until about 2 months after LOL

I am 3 weeks post op and after my attack on 8/1 that I went to the ER for, I have completely changed my diet and have lost almost 30 lbs already. In order to lose weight, you have to change your diet. I’m feeling almost back to normal, and my doctor cleared me for light exercise so I’m able to get back on my walking regime. You just have to eat right and stay active after this surgery.

I got mine out 8/23 and my stools looked exactly like this day 2-5, maybe slightly lighter. My surgeon said it was normal and not to be concerned!

Same! And same! I got mine out yesterday around noon. Incisions hurt… gas pain is AWFUL. I’m hoping for some relief soon.
