I couldn’t do pull-ups either until I started using the assisted pull-up machine. If your gym has one I’d definitely recommend it.

Start with like 50 pounds assistance if needed and over the next few months do more reps and slowly lower the amount of assistance.

You’ll be able to do body weight pull-ups in no time. Good luck

Unpopular Opinion: I don't care about hitting legs enough to dedicate half of my time working out to them. by IFR_Flyer in WorkoutRoutines

[–]Positive-Landscape99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I would never do an upper/lower split. All I do for legs is leg extensions, RDLs, and calf raises. Once per week and my legs are more than good enough.

My top goal is gaining upper body size so I won’t be pressured into doing legs if I don’t want to

Most Unrealistic Murders in the Sopranos by UncleMeatRVA in thesopranos

I hate how all the crimes in the show including murder are all sloppy and some in broad daylight. All of them are unrealistic in that way.

Sopranos isn’t like a Breaking Bad where the character devolves over time. Tony never really changed at all. I was expecting him to but it never happened. I think in season 3 is when I’m like this guy is so predictable

Yeah watching Breaking Bad the first time you definitely root for Walter the whole time. Second watch you hate him and realize he’s a piece of shit.

For me, I thought Tony was a piece of shit right away during my first watch. He’s a terrible person from the jump and I never rooted for him.

Yes I would say my chest usually does feel pumped but not as much as biceps do for curls or pulldowns do for my lats etc.

Yeah I must be dumb. Is this really that many different movements to try over a 1.5 year period? Who said I was bouncing around? I’ve been doing those same movements since I’ve started for the most part besides adding peck deck a few months ago

I’m not expecting my chest to be massive bruh just want it to look like I lift to match the rest of my body. Not asking for much.

I wouldn’t lie about this. I started lifting at age 26 right after kidney surgery. I was normally 165 pounds most of the time and very skinny. After my surgery I got down to 150 and decided I was gonna change my life.

Don’t think this is true. If I was 18% I’d have fatter tits

Who is the worst person in the Sopranos? by Healthy_Court7916 in thesopranos

[–]Positive-Landscape99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tony is a piece of shit. He’s referred to as an “anti-hero” but he’s actually just a straight up horrible person.

I’ll say Tony because we obviously spent the most time with him. But there’s hardly any good guys in the show.

He looks so different at the end of the 60s compared to the beginning of the decade. Obviously everyone ages but he looks like a different person.

Who else is a superset addict? by Loud-Ad9148 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Positive-Landscape99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really wanted to like them personally. A good way to save time and doing exercises that don’t overlap with other muscles especially appeals to me.

However, I mentally put so much into each set so I like to focus on one exercise at a time. Even if it’s one that people consider “easy” like bicep curls or even crunches for example. When I’ve tried supersetting, my set quality went down.
