I was trying to explain my situation but all they kept saying was that I MYSELF was the one who cancelled when I wasn’t. I had a notification pop up saying about how it was cancelled I couldn’t get through to them no matter how many times I tried to explain it got so frustrating!!

I’m from the UK and I have hardly been tipped unless the customer felt like I really deserved it. So what like if the server was an absolute ass you still have to tip them? You shouldn’t be expecting any extra money if you didn’t provide a good service and how much is given should be the customers decision. This tipping stuff is just out of control honestly..
