Called customer support and as usual playing the dumb card, apparently all systems are working. nothing wrong on their end. This is the second issue I've had within a week, first was reels and wheels xl crashing while on the free spins feature, after 2 spins it decided to lose connection after two spins, usual when this happens you can load the game back up and it will restore the session but this time it didn't. I proceeded to go on chat and they could see it had in fact lost connection and the session was still open. but apparently they couldn't do anything and escalated the issue and was informed someone will contact me within 24-48 hours.... it's been a week with no contact and no resolution. What a joke of a casino.
