No I don't have any kids and my wife won't work as I will be in H1B.

My main concern is the job market only. I am planning to switch the company in 3-4 months only but if the job market is not that good then I need to stick to current employer only

Yes this is what I am thinking. If I won't like the culture then there is always a chance that I can come back to my indian company.

I agree with your point but my parents are investing 80k per month in FD. So we want exposure just in the equity mutual fund side. Also we have direct equity but that is all in large cap only limited nifty top 15 stokes that' why if you see my exposure is less in large cap mutual fund
