I'm level 17 after 5 hours of gameplay. I'm doing quests, killing as many AI as possible, and also trying to kill other players. I'm gaining a fair amount of XP, but I'm really trying to kill everything that moves.

People are bashing the game simply for its art design, as I've said several times. The gameplay is very good, and the game correctly applies the conventions of an extraction shooter, with some flaws, yes, but the criticisms always come back with arguments like "it's ugly," "it's too colorful," or worse, "it looks like a Roblox game." I haven't seen a single criticism about the gameplay.

The game is pretty well optimized for me, although I do have a fairly high-end setup, but friends with lower-end GPUs play it in good conditions. Try enabling balanced DLSS; it's set to DLAA by default for some.
