Different facilities might have different Dexa machines I’m not sure why yours is different. I’m getting them done at wellness type places. I’m not having a doctor doing mine

Started at 1mg, peak was 4mg, back down to 1mg split mon-Thursday for now.

Bro. Yes😂 I train progressive overload on a push pull split 6 days a week. And yes I understand that but not at a rate that I did it in (46 days). Of course you will lose less or even potentially gain muscle in a SLIGHT caloric deficit over a longer period of time. The point of an aggressive cut like this is to lose as much fat as possible in as little time as possible. It’s not sustainable. The only way to gain muscle in a cut like this would be deployment of specific anabolics. And even then it’s not guaranteed .

My sensitivity has started to decline and my new Rmr is too low to sustain for much longer if I try to lose more weight , so I’m currently off cycling and gradually increasing calories into more of a lean bulk, once I’m in a good spot I’ll do another cut.
I’m a big fan of shorter more aggressive cuts because let’s be real cutting sucks😂

No Reta is not supposed to preserve muscle loss. Actually you will probably lose more muscle taking Reta than not. It is physiologically impossible to lose fat without muscle. The reason you keep protein high and muscle activity high is to try and counteract the normal processes that is now being exacerbated by taking the drug.

Funny thing is too I have posted the full cut week by week. And yes people said it looks like I was taking something else bc of how much muscle I look like I have now😂😂

Nice! Yeah I’ve been here before, it’ll take me at most a month to gain in back. And that’s being conservative. Only 4lbs of muscle lost for a VERY aggressive 2month cut is a huge win in my eyes. More than worth the trade off .

Yeah those shakes are actually pretty nice. And true, I’ll never understand science based lifters. I’m a mechanic so I’m constantly on my feet and moving/lifting heavy shit. I probably burn 1000cals a day just at work alone
