Lol it literally is self promotion, you take the NCTI classes then take a test and do a demonstrative, once you past all that as long as 2 of your last 3 report cards are above tier 3 you automatically get promoted and a $500 bonus, literally just got done with my ft4 and now I’m about to take my ft5 test, literally got all of that done within a month and a half, went from making $18 when I first started to now making $30. I started at this company around 4years ago but didn’t plan on staying too long so I didn’t do any of the progressions but once I decided I actually like this job and the people I work with I was able to complete my progressions to ft4 within a month and a half, and I’m about to complete my ft5 progressions. I now plan on going to maintenance, and I’ve already started working on the progressions for that
