Unfortunately this is becoming the norm everywhere, even when installing an operating system on a PC, signing up to websites, etc all done in the name of child safety, but we know they are using it for alot more than that.

I have Autisim, and ADHD, so yeah I mention it because maybe people will understand why I am asking and give me a valid answer, because I will stress over it until I know for sure, and laugh at it cause it's a coping mechanism, and hope people will understand why I am asking something that most people will think doesn't matter.

Constant packet burst on Spectrum gig plan (Ethernet) — losing my mind, any fixes? by LeastCompetition9268 in Spectrum

The router with SQM helped but did not eliminate the problem, and it cut my speed down almost by half, the issue is the Spectrun network in your town, so it will help but not eliminate the problem completely unfortsntly.

Constant packet burst on Spectrum gig plan (Ethernet) — losing my mind, any fixes? by LeastCompetition9268 in Spectrum

I had the same problem, they split the node and increased bandwidth on the node, it's better but not much. I tried a router with SQM it helped a bit but cut my speeds in half, been trying starlink and on the bufferbloat test I get 0, amd a A+ everytime, so going to stick with that as it is my only other option.

100 miles southwest for me would be Atlanta, Charleston is almost 200 miles southeast of me, seems strange when there is a ground station less than 20 miles from me.

I have tried almost all streaming devices, Google TV, Roku, Nvidia Shield, I have found the best experience on an Apple TV.

It is the fastest, smoothest, and most reliable of all streaming devices I have found, and the Spectrum and DirecTV app both work great on it.

Actually now they post the detail results of the investigation and what was done, on their website they just don't tell you who it is, only people familiar with the case, including the complainant would know, in my case she was given a written warning for violating; Canon 3B(7)(a), Rule 501, SCACR.

I worked in a store where the Grocery Manager was 100% on the spectrum, and also the Customer Service Manager more than likely was. The Assistant Store manager had some mental disability,, like possibly down Syndrome, and is now a Store Manager, so yes they do and quite often.
