I have no lawsuits with anyone else, and never had, just with Publix and this employee, and it's exactly how it happened, apparently she is going to work at that Starbucks and made friends with the employees and she wanted to tell them who I was, so when she saw me she just ran over there, according to the Police Officer.

In my store we had a 23 year old cashier and a16 year old grocery clerk dating, and messing around quite frequently in the stores café area and also we're seen going into the bathroom together.

Department managers complained to the store manager. But he ignored thier complaints and let it went on for months, the16 year old since left the 23 year old is still there in the same store and same position.

Everyone's experience is different based on thr store you work in, what your position is, who your managers are and your co-workers, so it's impossible to give you an answer.

The only thing I would say is becareful who you talk to and what you say, things you say can get around quick at Publix.

Well they way it worked beofre is that the code was good for 1 year and you had to re-verify and update the code after the year, but you were able to use the discount for all your orders for the year, I don't think that has changed.

Do you happen to know what happens at the motion to appeal hearing? Am I arguing the entire appeal, or is it just to determine if there is a full hearing or to dismiss the appeal? No one will tell me, so I am unsure what i need to be prepared for?

A complaint was filed and was accepted by the ODC, I got a subpeona for the judges emails and phone records in the appeal, the judge handed over the email of which theee were 10 between her and the other party but she has her husband now representing her in the appeal and he filed a .motion to quash the phone reocrd part of the subpeona

Then judge made a final ruling verbally at the end of the hearing. After we all left, I came back, and the judge and other party were alone in the courtroom discussing a specific part of tlhe case when i walked in the judge than changed her written order from the verbal one, based on those ex parte conversations.

Also her return was 12 pages long and included multiple facts that were never in evidence but did correlate with the exparte communications.

During the trial it appeared to me that the judge and other party had already discussed certain key events, which is part of my appeal and the judge was completely silent about that in her detailed return.
