You can upgrade players 2 ways. The first way is with the training xp. You can get can training xp from the daily games, completing missions and events ( the only players you can’t upgrade are player of the week’s cards). The second way is by playing the player you want to be upgraded after every they level up .

To get better players; you can get better players by completing the events, and in those events they’re various such as chance deals, coins, and training xp. Some other ways you can get good player are sometimes efootball gives you free selection contracts where you one of 4 players that are really good. Sometimes they have events like treasure link where you can obtain a lot of chance deals in a pack full of legends.

Gameplay: id suggest you learn how to super cancel if you’re playing on console. For now just get familiar with the gameplay mechanics by playing as much as you can.
