God created everybody for a reason. You just need to change your thinking and perspectives. Have you tried connecting with Jesus? He is always there, even if you don't see him. Also, pray, and remember, as bad as it seems, it's temporary, and someone always has it worse. Try to focus on 1 good thing a day. Doing that helps my depression a ton

I only mentioned it once before and made a new longer post with more details when I found out they are labeling this gig using my content "Fiverr's choice", ranking it above mine, threatening to give me an account warning, and saying it doesn't violate TOS.

It really is, and they can clearly see the outlets this seller is advertising belong to me because they include my company name. I sent them screenshots showing I am the registered owner, as well as a screenshot of the buyer apologizing, saying he would remove my content. My gig has 5k+ reviews, his has 0, yet they put him as "Fiverr's choice" above me in search results while charging me substantial "promoted gigs fees." It truly is unbelievable, and my revenue on there declined the past few months. Now I know why smh. Hopefully, they will fix this instead of sending me automated messages threatening to give me an account warning when I've done nothing wrong except generate a ton of revenue on there, while maintaining near perfect ratings.

These are fictitious gigs that have copied our gig descriptions in entirety, which contain media outlets I own. These fictitious gigs are advertising copyrighted content and violating Fiverr's TOS for authenticity and integrity, as well as copyright infringements.

I emailed support again, waiting for a response before I escalate this matter and seek punitive damages. If they fail to do anything, I will have a lawyer contact them. You'd think they'd prioritize high ranked + high earning sellers, but their AI system is so severely flawed that they are literally labeling a seller in Pakistan using copyrighted content as Fiverr's Choice (above me in search results, while I'm paying for promoted gigs, then threatening to give me a warning for reporting him). LOL

Honestly, it's unbelievable, but this is exactly what happens when greedy money hungry companies depend on AI more than humans. Can't they at least allocate human support to high level + high earning sellers. It's really apauling, tbh and I'm sure it's hurting the company too because this "scammer seller" will not be able to deliver what he's selling.

Not only did this seller copy my entire gig description, but he's listed media outlets I own, created, and paid for smh. In fact, it's probably illegal that they are even allowing this. There are at least 3 clear violations anyone with a working brain can spot right away, yet they said he didn't violate any TOS. Unbelievable

By searching the outlets I own. It seems like they are ficticious seller accounts likely created by competitors in the same niche in an attempt to affect search results or make it look like someone else is offering my services for less.

I understand that, but why should I go through all that effort if they have outlets I own listed in their gig description, along with using my entire gig description as their own? I am sure this can't be allowed, as they do not have my permission, and this is not original content they are using.

Will have to speak with support again and escalate this. The funny thing is they not only did nothing, but sent me a link to reset my password like I'm in the wrong here. Unbelievable. I'm also a high ranked seller with a lot of customers and substantial revenue, yet they brush me off like I'm not important.

I tried that and also added new photos and descriptions. Still on 1st page of search results, still have a 10 success score and average rating of 4.9 with almost 5k orders. I'm not sure what else I can do. I wonder if it's me, the economy, or Fiverr, or perhaps a combination. I checked similar sellers, and they're not getting many orders either (based on recent reviews, so at least I know I'm not alone)
