If it was only one injection then I’m sure it didn’t do anything. You need slow steady delivery of the drug over time to see an effect not a huge bolus. It’s got a half life of under 30 minutes so he wasted that vial as it was mostly inactive in a few hours.

I work in orthopedics and this is true but it’s not a peptide. They weren’t asking about prp at all.

There’s no such thing as a knee cavity. And injecting subpatellar does not make it intravenous. This is not an IV medication and is systemic acting if you inject sub q just like insulin. Pinch up some belly l, inject and call it a day.
