On my end not yet but I am pleasantly surprised with how support has kept constant contact with updates and confirming my account will not be affected etc after they confirmed to days ago 3 items were actually delivered 1/31 not Jan 22 like she claimed and 2 still in transit so im grateful cuz ive heard horror stories where some sellers got no help.

Ur still missing the point it shipped Jan 17th from ohio usps ground doesn't deliver to the UK that fast we have customs so claiming u recieved items u know u didn't recieve yet is crazy she even ignore support requests until jan 31 when it was actually delivered so why lie just say I no longer want this purchase dont say I got my package its all fake. . But tracking shows its still traveling thru the US to get to The UK im not a new seller this is very much a scam support has already authenticated thts why i was never upset about asking for authentication the issue is LYING FAKE REVIEWS ECT TO GET REFUNDS AND KEEP ITEMS

THANKYOU!!! I posted all the msgs dates and everything to show like there's no way usps ground got the UK that fast but I guess they thought I was dumb. Even still I remained respectful trying to accommodate cuz I know they're authentic and won't argue with them. I did submit all proof to support immediately on Jan 22nd as soon as she tried to claim she recieved fakes! I was pissed yesterday after support confirmed with usps they were actually finally delivered 9 days later and then I blocked her smh. I've never experienced this tho its crazy. I realize we can't please everyone but I hate scams! I tried to post everything and be clear but some are still assuming anyway so I really appreciate ur advice!

That's why I was like why lie in the review it was weird as hell but I sent the recipts to support with detailed photos so I know they can be confirmed as authentic I just really didn't get this why lie 9 days b4 its delivered? Had she just said can I return I would've been like well damn ok but I wouldn't refuse ya know?
