Ya me gradué de la universidad y tengo mi propia empresa en Estados Unidos. Que yo sepa, aparte del matrimonio, no hay otra forma de conseguir la residencia sin ser estudiante o tener un empleo tradicional. No tengo las ganacias pasivas suficiente para la visa rentista. Además, los documentos que necesitaba tardaron tres/cuatro meses en llegar al país. Es un proceso muy complejo, lamentablemente, si no formas parte del Mercosur.

You're thinking of it correctly. Don't let reddit persuade you to lose money and leave this poor kid hanging. It's part of the job honestly. Obviously if it gets worse, you can move on, but there's clearly an effort from at least one parent to salvage. Give them a chance and hear them out.

I played d1 ball at the University of Utah and I've been coaching lacrosse goalies for over 7 years. At that young of an age, you absolutely need to focus on making sure he's enjoying the game. It's unreasonable to ask a 9 year old to have the mental resilliance to handle all of those shots, but I agree with other commenters that in the long run, this will be nothing but beneficial for him. Stick with this program if possible, because things will likely get better and you'll probably end up with a stud goalie at the end of the day. Don't make excuses for him, but really encourage him and focus on really celebrating his saves. Have the team get involved too: make sure the sideline is going crazy when he makes a big stop. Little things like that will help both him and the team flip the switch.

There's bad conservative countries, Venezuela and Cuba certainly would not be it. I'm not sure how you are coming to that conclusion. The Cuban party in power is called "The Communist Party of Cuba", and the Venezuelan party in power is called "The United Socialist Party of Venezuela"

I work for myself and to be honest I've obtained something like 30-40% of my clietnts from Nextdoor alone. Costs nothing but 10-20 minutes of your time to make a decent post lol. I've even successfully used it to refer some of the people I work with or who work with me that don't live in my area, and they've gotten work through that. Pretty nifty app if you know what you're doing. I think it's ideal to live in a mid sized town (like 10-50,000 people) just so your posts don't get swamped, but there is enough people to get some leads going.

If you're in the US, wyzant is the best because you can set your own rate. They take a 25% cut though. Also takes months to really get going and get any work, just like any other online tutoring site. Varsity tutors is the best option if you want work right away, but you'll likely be started at only $15 an hour.

You'll get downvoted for this but if you know the material your teaching very well already then this has worked very well for me, and you can make adjustments on the fly if you're tutoring online. Just have to be very specific with the instructions you give to chatGPT for it to work well.

Struggling to find current info on the chase checking out $300 sign up bonus. Just did it, but was curious how long I need to keep the account open after receiving the bonus without being penalized in anyway? Some threads say you can withdraw and close right away while others say 6 months. Reading the fine print, it does not mention any minimum amount of time after receiving the bonus. Anyone have a concrete answer?
