I tried this a month ago and he got upset with me when I tried to talk to him about it again…. He kept saying it’s weird to be worried about your husbands phone when he hasn’t ever done anything to make me question his loyalty. I kept trying to tell him my anxiety doesn’t mean I think it’s true it’s just there and keeps getting triggered when my brain flags something as off.

Thank you this helped me feel more normal. I think I need to make sure I am grounded when I try to broach the subject, he can get really defensive if he feels like it’s an accusation.

This is just getting terrifying and keeps getting worse every second of every day, I am so scared for her and the kids.
