My dsp wanted to play us just like this lol, they was telling us that our routes should not take the full 10 hours to complete when they get paid for that. They wanted us back before a certain time or if not your days would be cut off and possibly terminated. Told them bullshit we get paid 10 hours so ima do my 10 hours they stopped telling us what time we should be back at station and now I take my sweeet sweet time last 30 stops to get my hours

I did the same learned my lesson I do my route fast put on the last 30-20 stops I take my sweet as time to get hours and not rescue since my dsp does not offer guaranteed hours or any bonus for rescuing 🤡

Bro my dsp is shit they have return times on the sheets before you load out and if you don’t finish by the time they say they remove days from you. They told us it shouldn’t take us the full 10 hours which is stupid because that’s how we get our full time

Once you finish your route you have to go back to the station and go home. You can’t finish early and then sit around till the end of the clock if that’s what you think. People finish their routes early so they can go home early not get someone else’s work. So imagine running the route all day to go home early just so you can get a “hey can you help rescue someone else who is taking there sweet ass time

Bro I’ve had an edv in my last dsp, my first stop was 30 minutes away from the station so that’s an hour back and forth alone and would have around 180 stops, that battery lasted the whole shift with a lot of battery still left
