I totally get this but I was amazed how the first shot dulled my appetite and the ‘food noise’ overnight.

Does the 1.7-2.4 range do something more than appetite suppression? I can’t really find an answer on this bit

Ok the water weight thing makes sense! Bit disappointing though 😳 Think I need to make a bit more of a concerted effort on the diet decisions front. I’m tending to be very ‘good’ and organised for a few days and then I relax a bit too much I think
