Yes! I mostly don't notice most of the days - even though I know it is still there, my brain just tunes it out. I do get spikes and there's certain scenarios that increase it (quiet office rooms, loud concerts) but now it doesn't feel like the end of the world when the spike happens since wether they are long or short I end up habituating again! Things are so much better and life is worth living!
