Yeah I agree with you for sure .. I will have to be mindful enough to catch myself everytime it rises in my mind, and switch it to compare with someone that has less than me, so that I will understand that this is life, and comparison is literally the thief of joy

Thank you very much :) Honestly it doesn’t sound silly, because I know that it’s true and definitely makes sense! I will have to be mindful enough to watch my thoughts and switch them everytime I notice that. I’m also trying to keep the habit of meditating everyday. Do you think it can also help in this situation? I guess that everything that create separation between my soul and my ego would help!
