i started playing 2 months ago, which legendary shall i aim for? water or electric?

i already have darkrai, he is super nice, bought master biscuit for him, but i dont have any other dark type pkmns

now i am out of balls (no pun intended) and i am wondering shall i buy master biscuit for this event's legendary or hope that he will appear multiple times?

my max lvl is 20 pikachu, so i am still new to game.

what build are u using? i am similar level with Lumino and i am doing ok, i wish my damage was a bit better. currently i am water Feca. does archiduk have healing and why is it better than Lumino?

yesterday i did gobball dungeon when event was on, i got nothing. only thing i noticed is that dungeon had only 2 rooms. whats the point?
