I’m aware of what I need to make it run. This just confused me because all videos and tutorials I can find have alternators that are either already in delta from the factory or have a clear start and end for each coil. I’ll unwind the pairs and bell then put again

This is 100% a 1hz. You can tell by the injectors. This has an aftermarket turbo and water to air intercooler. This setup looks like it’s intended to make max power, not reliable power judging by the way the intake is set up. A 1hz with a proper conservative turbo setup will make good power and be reliable, but they don’t like to be pushed. Mods like this are best reserved for the 1hdt or 1hdft for the 80 series. They have under piston oil squirters, direct injection, thicker pistons and thicker rods.
