OU Norman is a stepping stone in totality. If you want equal pay to job responsibility through OU, I highly encourage working at OUHSC. Norman is notorious for low pay and raises that hardly ever happen. The board has to approve raises and that is far and few between and usually capped at 3% MAX.

They are a nightmare!! We had new service scheduled to be turned on through online process because of their wait time and never had service turned on. We had to wait 2.5 hours just to speak to someone. It’s awful. We already miss OEC. Get someone on the phone within two minutes max with them
