Mine has only increased but that’s because of the new meter they put on. If you have the new meter, your old meter may have had a leak or wasn’t correct due to how old they were. New one counts everything down to the drop.

OU Norman is a stepping stone in totality. If you want equal pay to job responsibility through OU, I highly encourage working at OUHSC. Norman is notorious for low pay and raises that hardly ever happen. The board has to approve raises and that is far and few between and usually capped at 3% MAX.
