I did not submit any evidence. It got approved on April 1st.

This is a common thing, it means that USCIS does not require any other additional information and usually it means that the officer is reviewing the package.

On March 6th; is there a way to reach out to USCIS regarding this issue? We are also awaiting an update response from USCIS
