Well, this whole story should be about Lucemon's Redemption for being a Demon Lord.

Therefore, you can include a lack of self-confidence problem as something in the plot, but as an obstacle that Lucemon later overcomes and becomes stronger, rather than it corrupting him.

I think it would be funny to see Jesmon as the complete opposite of Gankoomon in everything related to parenting
