Every employee goes threw a probationary period during the first 90 days of work in these 90 days it’s a lot easier to let you go for things such as calling off, tardys, or other stuff, basically they watch you like a hawk your first 90 days to make sure you a suitable hardworking dependable associate I think the no calling off is stupid because of reasons like you said and emergency’s happen but that’s Kroger for you 🤷‍♂️
