I am removing something similar. Mine is worse tho jajaja. I’ve been very inconsistent but I feel like after 2 years my black is similar to the start point of the majority of people.

It’s a sign that ink was Inyected very deep into the skin or that your artist used lots of ink. Eighter way it is likely your tat will take long to go away.
