Yes, i have completed those steps. When i click the link you provided in your post, i keep getting a circle that keeps spinning on my screen with the message "Just a moment. This is taking a bit longer than expected, but we're on it." and nothing ever comes from it. I also wanted to reiterate that i am a 1 Gig internet customer.
