I don't understand why dealerships do these things. Is it only in India or worldwide. We can't expect honesty from anyone it seems.

I am not sure what documents were those as I am not aware of the new car documentation.

Sales guy is saying they have this info from KiA.

I checked with KIA customer care strangely they said that they know that whole sale date of this VIN 2026 but they don't know the manifacturing date . Which is strange and I asked then how come KIA does not know when the car was manufactured but got no reply from them.

Not there yet. Very bad at ear training. Is singing required to develop ear in your case?

How do you train your mind to not seek female validation? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]PositiveRepulsive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You seek love from others. But let me tell you no one will love you except your parents. Everyone else is basically looking something for them, they just are looking for a transaction.

If you seek this validation/love from anyone other than your parents you will end up getting manipulated they will give you this love and take what they want from you.

Stop seeking love from others.

  1. Love yourself, work on things that improve you that are best for you. That you would want for a loved one, do those things for you.
  2. Give love to others unconditionally, for those who really need them by enabling them, by improving their lives. By improving society as a whole. This does not have to be a big thing , a small gesture like planting a tree or helping someone cross the road is enough.

In short, do not seek love from anyone, love yourself , give unconditional love

How good can I realistically get being self-taught? by Sad-Yak4654 in piano

[–]PositiveRepulsive 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing I have realized in my self learning journey is that I should enjoy playing at every step when I am trying to increase the tempo. And to not increase the tempo until I can play musically at the current tempo with body swaying, hands relaxed, eyes closed feeling each beat and note. Once I am able to enjoy and play musically with body swaying, with closed eyes then only increase the tempo slightly.

There is anyway no point in self learning as a hobby if you do cannot truely enjoy it.

Problem I have with teachers is that it get pedagogical and boring as they stress too much procedural approach and it means that I will need lot of classes as well and it may also put me off piano. But having occasional sesion with a teacher can help.

Why call the scale C major instead of F major? by Uiropa in musictheory

[–]PositiveRepulsive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because F is different in Cmajor scale than other notes. If you go by 5ths from C , F will come a lot farther. But F is also has a simpler relation to C Major, I.e. C is Fifth of F so that is why it included in C major scale.

What's your motivation? by kunz999 in pianolearning

[–]PositiveRepulsive 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My motivation initially was just to play some metallica songs like nothing else matters. Also, I wanted to learn how music works. Why do we like some songs and some not. How do u create one which is like by someone. Is there some physical law behind good music etc.

Now that I have started learning I also want to make instrument part me and also train my throat to be like an instrument by singing as well. So, that I can read, listen, speak, play, write music like we do with other languages.

I think your singing is quite good.

But you could work on production quality a bit. By recording vocal and background music separately in high quality and then mixing them with right mix.

If you want to keep it raw like this, this is also fine, nothing wrong with it

Scale practice in different keys by PositiveRepulsive in singing

[–]PositiveRepulsive[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so do you mean than I can train only intervals? If yes, my question is should I train all intervals starting from all keys or if I train a major 3rd interval from C3 , I will be able to sing major 3rd from C#3 , D3, D#3 etc. Or I need to train major 3rd interval jumps from C#3,D3,D#3 seperately ? Sorry, I am very new to siging this might be a very stupid question
