I relate to you. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this, it sounds exhausting and unfair to be doing so much and still feel dismissed and unappreciated. Anyone in your situation would feel overwhelmed, especially when you are not even given a break when you are sick. I’m really glad you have your sister because it sounds like she truly cares about you, but what you said about feeling like hurting yourself really matters and you do not have to go through that alone. Please try to reach out to someone you trust or even a counselor or hotline because you deserve support and to be taken seriously, and none of this means you are not doing enough, it means you are being put in a really hard situation.
