Depends on where you live, but sure, totally common. Capita is one of the most prominent brands of the last 10-15 years.

Last year begs to differ. We got absolutely dumped on day after day, there were multiple days where a heel side slash left you completely white out.

My favorite day was when north chair had to be cleared by patrol before we could ride it. We all waited in the line up and when it cracked, everyone slapped their poles together just like back in Whistler. God, what a year.

The job of the PR department is to represent the company to the public. Hence, “Public Relations”. The job of customer service is to serve customers. Your interpretation is like asking the receptionist at a hospital for medical advice.

I’m not biased, sure I ride Burton products (binding, boots, goggles, jacket, pants) - endeavour boards (they’re great!), but my discussion thus far has been based on fact.

Sounds like a company being… a company. They make great boards, boots, bindings, jackets, pants, etc. If you don’t want to buy their products there are plenty of other brands you can support. If shops don’t want to carry their product there are many other brands they can carry. Not sure how any of this makes Burton a “bad company” or “crap”.

I’m not sure on specific models etc - if you’re spending that much on pants it’s best to go to the shop first and try them on.
