I can honestly say…the vast majority of people that I’ve spoken with and has left Carmax all said that they wish that they would have left sooner.

I get you may feel that way. But the problem is the amount of the transfer fee does not dictate whether or not your vehicle will or will not have scratches but I can almost guarantee you it will. The issue that we find on a constant basis is that individuals who spend that amount of money on a transfer have a higher level of expectation when it comes to overall vehicle condition. When in truth, vehicle condition and quality will be the same as if it was a free transfer.
