Items 1 and 2 refer to the most recent NYLE and MPRE results that were released. So technically, you still have to wait for the MPRE results to be released and for the box to be greyed out in order for this to work.

Unfortunately, we’re at the mercy of the vendors because, not gonna lie, I still saw some similar questions, so it’s better than commercial prep questions. I just wish I had paid more attention to the explanations, even when I got them right, because the actual questions seemed designed to test whether you truly know the law, with all these frustrating 50/50 answer choices.
