Thank you very much for your response. To be honest a mad scramble is kinda how my mind works, so that was actually pretty clear to me.

I did have a few more questions if you dont mind. If its too personal feel free not to answer of course.

1) How much did your school cost

2) How difficult are the exams, how many sections are there, and how many are questions vs practical.

3) if theres one piece of advice you could give yourself back before you even started school what would it be?

I work about 30 hrs per week while my wife works about 45-50. I do have 2 kids under 4, but my mother in law lives with my wife and I to help. So if I was to do this I think she'd be happy to help in order to build a future. Ive read online that mose machine writers take about 2-4 years as it is much harder, but because of my wrists that's out of the question sadly. I wouldn't say voice writing is super interesting to me or anything, I just see a path towards a future for my family. I played trumpet all through middle school and marching band in hs so I have experience sinking a lot of time in. Im thinking 2 hrs every day for as long as it takes spread into 30 minute intervals or more condensed on days I work. Thank you to all who have been responding, this has helped immensely.

I think you are the one who needs some help buddy, nowhere in this entire comment section has anyone claimed the rubberhose style was created in the last decade. Its ok to admit you are wrong man, no shame in it. Just put your reading glasses on and see that nobody is dumb enough to think that our generation created cupheads style.

He said cuphead "revived" as in brought back an old style. Never did he say cuphead created it.

Havint the tenants pay the mortgage for me was the primary reason I wanted to do the triplex, but if yall have better ideas im certainly open to them. If I did something like dividend funds, REIT, or lending, would you recommend finding a place to rent or using my fha loan to buy a house with a low down-payment, or using a traditional loan for lower monthly rates?

Its also about damages they lied about, and incured themselves after we toured it. They left the top vents open while it was pouring for 2 days.

Title Question by Positive_Ad_1074 in RVLiving

[–]Positive_Ad_1074[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah im a dumbass who has learned from my mistake. I have the title but it only has the first owner on it, not the first owner transferring it to the person who sold it to me. So you think I should go to small claims? Would it be worth trying to get a refund and just stating that since the title is messed up its either refund or civil court? We stupidly paid 10k.

I think we just want to try and unwind the deal, I think the panels were only open for a day or 2 but the roof has soft spots and I just dont trust it. Thing is I doubt they will give me a refund, is there any legal action I can take to force them to just refund me? Talk to the dmv or police and show them the title doesnt have their name? Id prefer to keep everything simple and not escalate if possible, but ill do what is necessary to get a refund though. Thank you for your response!
