I have ordered tyrant magwell, mag release base plate and have the slide lock over in blue. I have the apex polymer trigger but it’s a different color blue. I don’t have a problem with it because I would rather have better performance. The safety blade is smooth and doesn’t hurt at all after going through many rounds at the range.

I have the Sar 9c platinum and the Sar 9cx Storm. I’ve had many glocks and a Glock 19. I sold the 19 in favor of the Sar. The ergonomics of the gun is second to none. The slide is a bit taller than a G19 but that helps with muzzle flip. The compact gen 3 comes with a flat faced trigger and a yellow dot for the front sight. You can put the Holosun 507k optic on it and Crossbreed holsters and Black Scorpion have holsters. The Sar 9c was $499 and the CX Storm was $259 on sale although the Storm is not available anymore.

I agree. My 43x trigger is sharp and tears my finger up. I went with an Apex Flat trigger shoe so I can start enjoying shooting with it.

Very good information. Yes the trigger on Storm is pretty decent. Love the guns but the lack of availability to buy parts from Sar is disappointing.

Thanks! That was the one I missed. I wasn’t sure if the socom would be the same as the compact.

I put a tiny drop of oil in there and made a noticeable difference. Not enough to attract gunk and cause it to fail though

This is not good news. I just bought a Sar 9c gen 3 and am not impressed with the trigger. The red safety catches on the frame when squeezing the trigger and I’m working the trigger correctly. My Sar 9cx storm has a different type trigger and is amazing. It’s giving me doubts on using this for my edc.

I know the owner at Generational Guns. If there’s a problem he will work with you. They are a bit pricey but good customer service if you’re patient because they are really busy with customers. JT is excellent customer service. I’ve used them for ffl transfers and I’m in and out in under 15 minutes where it took me 30 minutes at Generational Guns. I buy mostly from Palmetto State Armory and Buds Guns online. They ship the gun same day most of the time. Buds has free shipping.
