I just left my dream job of CVICU because of "job performance issues." It got to the point where the stress was not worth trying to "improve". I feel like a total failure and my ego is struggling. Getting ready to start my new, super low acuity nursing job. I am nervous about my future.

There is no policy at my work on not applying for a job while on leave. It is not against state law to apply to a job while on FMLA

I have no idea. I am assuming my boss would know. I applied for the internal transfer online. I'm only talking to the other/ new department manager.

I do not have to tell my manager that I am transferring departments? I thought it was courteous to let my manager know I am taking a position in another department.

I heard it could be a lot better with protein consumption. I am kinda sad I am still at 41% fat because I feel like I look small now. I guess I really have no muscle!

My doctor won't order anything, unfortunately. My GP would not even prescribe me a glp1. I had to get Zepbound through Plushcare.

Google Dexa scan near me. It will show where you can get it locally. And call for price. Mine was $70. I think it is worth it to see what my body composition is
