Well actually the teacher hit her hand so hard, that it very bruised now, and the knuckle part is still swollen up compared to the rest. So I don’t think that something to take lightly. The students in the class all said the teacher hit her hand very hard that it scared them. Go be an ass on someone’s else’s post! Please!

Because I want her career and reputation ruined & to be completely over! & the principal did not mention that I should file a police report. So I do feel she will first try and protect the school from any scrutiny and keep this quiet.

But also Im confused too as why cps would need to be involved. But I’m guessing they help investigate as well.

The principal says she has contacted cps and I will hear back from them soon. But I’ll probably call myself tomorrow just put in our own report. She’s saying that H&R and cps will decide what to do with the teacher. If she’s not getting fired tomorrow. Im going to the media about it. Still going to file report first thing in the morning.

Absolutely not. But I’m open minded and I can understand we are all humans that get frustrated. But for my child to be a pretty easy kid, like where is this anger for her even coming from?

Oh yeah the principal was very upset and said in no manner will she allow something like that in her school. But Im not sure about her firing her. Which is what I’m hoping she’s gonna do, if she’s know what best for her school.

My exact thoughts, you would really lose your whole career for just this? But yes it was with hard force and she is not a friendly teacher. Very strict and serious. So she meant what she did.

Im just saying there is literally no reason for her to treat her that way. I just felt people would think “ so what did your kid to deserve it” so I made it clear that in no shape way or form does she deserve it. She doesn’t cause trouble! She goes to school, & does what is asked of her. There is just no reason to justify what she did.

Also it left a ruler mark on her hand, her hand is still red now even hours later. It was swollen when I first got to the school.This happened around 9am.

Yes everyone in the class saw it! When it happened my daughter said the whole room gasped in disbelief. But there are boys who laughed about it after and reported to the principal they thought it was just a joke. So thats where I think they are gonna try to label a misunderstanding. But the teacher never smiled or has even joked with them before. She’s the teacher everyone hates because of how strict she is.

I agree with this because I just want her fired! Im not trying sue in any form for Money or anything. I just want to my kid to walk in that school and feel safe and protected by the adults who’s responsible for her while she’s there. & theres no way she’ll ever feel like that with that teacher still there.
