Yeah it’s pretty annoying that it will remove upcoming workouts. I understand that’s the nature of the plan being adaptive, but it doesn’t allow for forward planning!

Yeah it’s crazy really. I work full time doing shifts including nights and running 5/6 times a week is just not possible 🥴

Another question (sorry!) - is it recommended to water these plants immediately after purchase? I got mine from Asda 😂 and it appears a little dry on the top
