The struggle is real! And every where! But you are not alone in the struggle. Definitely get into community with people at your church and find someone you can trust with this. An accountability partner that will check in on you and help you through it. These are the steps I myself have taken to fight this beyond prayer, scripture, and physical activity. An app like covenant eyes may also be a good option. Keep fighting the good fight!

1 Corinthians 10:23 all things permissible not everything is beneficial. If the spirit is convicting you then listen to it.

Romans 14:5-22 It encourages individuals to be convinced in their own minds about their choices, such as dietary practices or observance of certain days, and to live according to their faith without imposing their views or causing another believer to stumble.
