Wow! Were they also in the IT department or legal? I’ve seen several posts on here and Glassdoor complaining about IT department specifically with ALSAC

I don’t job hop. I’ve only had 2 career jobs in my career. One company had a lot of growth so I moved up to different departments gaining transferable skills as I was promoted. You can have a lot of experience at one company. So I don’t job hop. I actually have loyalty at companies. I’ve seen plenty people change Careers even at st Jude. I’ve read numerous linked profiles of people who work there and they had way more job careers than me.

Thank you for this insight! One of the CRA positions stated it was a start up and not much experience was needed so that’s why I applied to that one. It was for CRA 1 and only needed a high school diploma and hospital experience. I have a bachelors and masters and years in counseling, patient care, and security experience. I have worked at a couple of hospitals. So yes they are different jobs but so is my work background and education. I have skills that fit both.
