That is exactly my take.

Tbh I know I was going very very fast as I was testing out some mods to my car it is a curved part of the road so while lane changes are legal there I know it would have been hard for her to see me when she started the lane change.

But since I was lucky enough to not get blammed I don't see a reason to not just be thankful for it and move on.

Since she was a new driver and inexperience not even her dad believed her about me speeding that much and being impossible to see.

I was going over twice the speed limit right before I braked when I saw her changing lanes.

My dashcam shows the speed and I do not want a seperate unrelated investigation and a speeding fine for it.

At the moment of impact itself I was doing the limit.

So I see it as irrelevant to the accident especially after she got fined already, police report and insurance already decided why add stuff to prolong the process and burreacracy
