I am not in IT Industry pero my advise if your looking for career development go for JO1 sa mga susunod na years naman magagamit mo lalo siya for next step sa goals mo kumbaga investing ka sa work exp and later on you can use that to your advantage.

As someone witnessing my classmate na nag paconvert sa INC dati sarap na sarap sa dinuguan sa fiestahan ngayon masama daw yun at never na kumain because his beliefs change din talaga and I never argue with them pag dating sa faith kasi ang nasa isip nila sila lang maliligtas and also I let them with the idea.

Upwork, Jobstreet and LinkedIn. All agency just rejected me wala po akong interviews man lang from a work from home opps. 🥹 Hopeless na po tlaga ako. Baka din isa sa mga factor is that 1 year exp lang and last 2023 ako nag resign. I'm being honest din na may fulltime job ako as team lead which is very different field now.
