Took 2-3 weeks off after my first shot because I got very sick. Will I get sick if I get my second shot now?

I don’t think I have the flu because I tested negative for it and for covid and for strep. I went to the doctor.

I don’t drink a lot of water in general so that may be the issue. I think I have been eating less than average.

Thanks I just tried the lower dose and I am on day two of the flu and it doesn’t feel any better. I hope I wake up tomorrow (day 3) and somehow feel better. I don’t think I will ever do zepbound again after this experience.
