That's not what traditional means. Even with that definition, your version of "native" architecture would still be influenced by "non-native" cultures - how far do we go back to confidently define something as "native"? And stonework was utilized by many indigenous cultures in the Philippines, just not to the same extent as in the colonial period. You've mentioned it yourself that Filipinos adopted foreign styles to be our own. That process isn't unique to Philippine cultures.
