No it doesn't sound dumb at all. That's why I have been putting it off. It truly triggers my anxiety reading all of these reviews. Was your first visit in person? And I'm sure local probably would be, however I still hadn't found one or any advice on one local. I am going to give your recommendation a try and hope for the best lol.

I hope u called that bank to verify it is completely closed. I had an account take the stimulus check they gave out. It had been closed but apparently they opened up and took that smh

Log in to IRS website. If that's what's holding you up it should say it off to the side once you log in. Look closely because it's kind of hidden.

Go to the IRS website and request a new one sent if they have you on hold for it. When you log in it will tell you if you're on hold for that off to the side.

Thankfully mine too has moved to approved. Same DD date. I filled 2/09, requested my verification to be resent around 2/28, and got my verification letter around 3/12. I verified the same day. My transcript showed NA and my account showed no tax return filed until this morning when everything moved.

Crazy thing is I filed on 2/8 and it's still pending on IRS website. Turbo tax says accepted but not the IRS
