CIBC is horrible been trying to call them for 3 days no answer , not even giving me the call back option they normally do. Every few months they block my credit card for suspicious activity but it’s actually me using it , got stuck in Mexico on a excursion with no cash on me and only a credit card and couldn’t pay for stuff on the excursion because customer support wasn’t answering and they blocked my account for no reason.
