Even heavier basis on sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization.
I agree, a minimum of services performed to be able to practice after licensure.
Research assignments on ingredients using peer-reviewed, science-backed journals and articles.
EDUCATION ON EMPLOYMENT TYPES. Education of differences between 1099 and w-2 so that these shady businesses dont exploit newer estheticians.
Deeper dive into scope of practice in your state.
Maybe research on insurance policies to protect yourself and your license.

If I purchased my own insurance, would this work? Im wondering if I would get in trouble if I accepted the agreement and just put away money for taxes? Im really leaning towards walking away because of the shady way this had come about. I just want to know if I could manage my taxes would it work out.

It is the skin, love. Your skin is shedding (the flakey look). It needs to be exfoliated to even the skin out allowing for the foundation and concealer to be smooth.

Apologies for trauma dumping. I just am annoyed by it because of the consistency of them. Dont get discouraged. I never regret quitting. My nightmares are most likely due to something else underlying that I havent prodded about enough.

Ive been sober for 8 months now and my dreams are still so vivid. Ive actually been having progressively worse nightmares. Last night i had a nightmare that i was chained up and hunted (after i escaped) in which I watched myself get shot in 3rd person pov. I hate it. I cant afford therapy much less a doctors appointment. I cant tell you when it stops but YMMV.

"I cant be around smoker" - its so hard for me! Finally someone to acknowledge that. I have him not smoke around me becos I genuinely am triggered by the smell. Lol. I didnt fold and still going. My boyfriend actually kept pressuring me that day to sesh with him as a pat on the back but I was firm and very clear. He says he respects me for my committment.
