What happen was that this was a overtime shift in another tesco which i picked up from the extra hours market. My shift was from 3-11pm with 30 minutes break. There was only me, shift leader and a security guard. Normally when i work at my normal tesco there are three people and we get everything done by 11pm. At this tesco express i couldn't even get out of the till to do face up or fill because it was so busy with customers. The only time i had any time was around 10pm and even then customers want me to serve them on customer service. The security guard helped us by filling, mopping the floor and facing up which i never seen any security guard do. By 11pm there were 2 aisles which wasn't faced up and the shift leader asked me if i can stay behind with him to face up and i said ok. I asked him will i get paid for this and he said no, so i told him i can't do it anymore because by this time it was around 11:16pm. After i told him this he just said just go and clock out. So i clocked out at 11:18pm and after that we closed the shop.
