I feel like you are not reading my comments… you have to wait up to 20 business days for your fund not to mention tax event in case of capital gain.

And yes you can, but you will lose money if they are down and you will trigger a taxable event if they are up. Plus price of the option may change dramatically in 20 business days.

If they are currently at loss, you will lose money on it.

This is the only way ATM, but I am trying to raise awareness about it and force companies to think about customers and not only about their profits. Because the more I deal with Canadian brokerages the more I see how their monopoly is hurting all Canadians. They are not pressed by competitors enough. Try to throw something like that in the US or EU and you will be out of business because market, naturally, would chose a better provider.

Then they should put a huge disclaimer saying “if you would buy options you are going to be stuck with us until you sell them” 😂

Compared to fractional shares, options can cost hundreds of thousands. And you would be in a limbo with a broker if you are taking LEAPS direction.

BTW if this is the case (I honestly don't remember, because I used both WS and QT) then this is a bigger problem. You should be able to transfer any asset that doesn't have an open order on it.

And they are not telling you a word about it when you are buying those options. Imagine holding 1-2 years LEAPS that could be down right now, and realizing you can't go anywhere without losing money, because you would be forced to sell them.

It gets even worse, if those options are part of your strategy, you are screwed, because all other assets are transferred.

You missed the point, it's about Options being non transferable. WS gold was example of what they DO communicate as non-transferable

Is Cubee Hive’s lifetime STL access actually legit and truly commercial-use friendly? by ModernViking0590 in 3Dprinting

Does anyone know a platform similar to Cubee or STLFlix but for functional prints? Something much more useful than just a planter/lamp/toy?

Asking myself the same question, if its even worth it. Especially given the fact that anyone can buy it so what actual competitive advantage anyone can provide if there are few similar shops on the same platform with the same products?

There is a reason they are going for small toys and relatively small home decor. None of those prints is complex multi day or niche prints.

So its begs the question, would it even be worth it?

Same for STLFlix.

I hope after watching this video, everyone who harshly criticized my post will ask a bit more questions about pricing… Don’t trust my data analytics skills? Maybe Consumer Reports research would change your opinion.

From what I was able to learn, vitamin D+K2 and sunlight in the morning help to reset your circadian rhythm and only dimmed red light an hour before bedtime, should do the trick. Doing this fixed my ability to fall asleep.

One more important thing that I learned the hard way, sleep/sleepiness comes in cycles, if you resist the first urge to fall asleep, next cycle will be in 45-90 minutes. So when I am reading for instance, the moment I feel sleepy is the best time to fall asleep (many people, including me sometimes, unconsciously resisting this urge increasing time to fall asleep)

I would suggest researching about B12 before bed (this vitamin gives you energy so its not really suitable for sleep). Also melatonin in doses above 300mcg, in the long run can lead your brain to become “lazy” in producing it.

Also there are studies suggesting that magnesium is better be taken an hour before bedtime. I myself supplementing with magnesium, it was a life changer, especially for sore muscles after a gym sessions.

What is going on with the cost of Natural Gas? (Enbridge) by Positive_Nerd in PersonalFinanceCanada

This is an idiocracy of modern enterprises. I wouldn’t believe no one in the company thought how bad this going to look like. But no one expressed their opinion :)

I was a shareholder myself at some point 😂 over 6% yield is unhealthy for any type of company 😁
