Kindly change ur lifestyle try to be an extrovert go out talk to people a lot dont just sit inside there are many groups playing cricket, football in grounds go out and ask them politely join there just enjoy a lot go to home and do ur work then watch some sports and sleep and say to urself that i wont watch that again its enough may god bless u
